Lauren and Ross from Barnes and partners Ware were absolutely brilliant throughout the process of buying our house. Our chain was a very complicated lengthy process, and their communication was fantastic. We were never left wondering and always had reassurance to keep our minds at ease. With out the hard work and dedication from both Lauren and Ross, I just don’t think we would of got our new house over the line. We can’t thank you both enough for making our dream house come true. They say that moving house is one of the most stressful times of your life, Lauren however made it the most stress free and easiest house move I’ve ever had! Not only does she go out of her way to make you feel like you’re her only client and always top of her priority list but Lauren is also so friendly and understanding to your personal needs. Working all the hours that god gives (including Sunday evenings) and going above and beyond expectations at all times. She deserves recognition by her peers and clients alike. We bought a house in Hertford using Barnes and Partners. Lauren was absolutely fantastic (and of course others within the office who also supported through the process). She was excellent at communicating with us throughout and made what can be a very stressful and difficult process very easy. While she must have had lots of clients it felt like we were the only ones because she was so attentive. She also has great contacts in the area. We also got our house purchase through very quickly due to her hard work. I’d 100% recommend buying a house through her.

I have now used Barnes & Partners (Lauren) twice, for my house sell and property purchase. I can not recommend Lauren enough. She is fantastic and always ahead of everything. I trust her fully. She made things so much easier and less stressful for me as she explained everything along the way and took the stress away from me. Lauren is very efficient, professional and friendly. I never normally write reviews but the OUTSTANDING service I received from Lauren and Ross has blown me away and compelled me to write this. Lauren and Ross are a credit to the profession and Barnes & Partners are extremely lucky to have them as part of their team. I had a protracted and stressful situation of buying and selling due to the uncertainty in the market with Covid, but their work rate and diligence was second to none. I was always kept updated on the progress, even during evenings, weekends and whilst Lauren was abroad on holiday, I have NEVER seen dedication like this. Even though buying a house is a stressful experience I am so so glad that I have found 2 people that I whole-heartedly trust with one of the biggest decisions and investments I have made. As you can guess I have absolutely no doubt in recommending both Lauren and Ross, there just aren’t enough superlatives!!!

Lauren and Ross represented us on our recent flat purchase.
