Horrible customer service, burnt pizza and extremely salty, would not recommend

Got 2 pizzas, both very burnt (both toppings and the base) and inedible. Called them to see if they'd remake the pizzas or give a refund, was told they couldn't do that and I'd have to call head office. Just called head office and was spoken to extremely rudely, was given no apologies or offers of resolution, and was told "don't go back if you don't like it". Very unprofessional and rude!!!

Late delivery pizza luke warm & soggy & bbq chicken wings had barely any flavour on them although couldn't eat as were stone cold and under cooked.......waste of time & money, never again......... AVOID.

Unbelievable! First and last time we will be using your company. Ribs were very expensive for the amount received in a very thick strong sauce. Pizza had no cheesy crust, no bacon, and very few peppers, corn and pineapple. We had one piece and the rest went straight to the dustbin. Waisted £30 and still hungry! Do we get a refund? Look in my dustbin if you want proof! Had to click one star to post???

Ordered several pizzas and sides from here last night and they were delicious! They took a fair while to be delivered but as its the start of the Easter Bank Holiday weekend it was kind of to be expected.

I wouldn't even give it one star, I worked for tops pizza in Ware as a delivery driver. The boss is extremely rude told me to get lost when I asked for some petrol money, the ovens and cookers are dirty and disgusting. She blows in the pizza boxes to remove bits of cardboard. I quit a week ago and she wouldn't pay me I have now left it a week and she is still refusing to pay me. AVOID!!!

We ordered pizza, nuggets and garlic bread. They said it would arrive in 25 minutes and arrived 50 minutes later. The guy who took the order was not the most professional we've talked to, but the delivery driver (a lady) was extremely rude. Considering the food is just "ok", we won't but from that place anymore.

It doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered my pizza for half 7 and it arrived at 5. There was no apology from the delivery driver, she just said I must be wrong. After arguing with her, I refused to pay and shut the door. I checked my laptop, and I was in fact right. When I rang to complain, the woman who answered said 'one sec' and didn't return for just over three minutes. When I asked to talk to the manager, all she said was "can I have your number?" Apparently, they did not have a supervisor or manager in. Which I find to be very unprofessional. I said I wanted to complain, and she said I had to wait until tomorrow, then ended the phone call with "bye" and hung up. This was the WORST service I have ever received. They should be ashamed of their staff.

I've just ordered lunch at top pizza, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude with very bad customer service skill! She then told me my food will be 45-50 minutes , 65 minutes I called back for her to rudely say it will be 1-2 minutes. For only her to turn up 10 minutes later with my food!! I WOULDN'T ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN
