Helpful, honest and reliable WON"T try to rip you off

Thank you so much Jam and Bilal for your help late on Saturday afternoon. Such polite and professional guys. My phone was at the end of its life, it had been failing for a while but completely ‘died’. I got a new phone, my choice, but they helped set it all up and transfer info across. It took longer than they initially thought it would, because of all the videos and data I had clogged my original phone with, but they were so accommodating and caring, staying after hours to get the job done whilst I waited. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful for their service. Very happy with every aspect of my experience using Gadgets Inn. Will definitely be back again when I need anything to do with any of my devices. Great service.

Absolutely brilliant, thank you. After phoning around several places trying to get my phone repaired, I contacted Gadgets Inn, how said yes we can do that when do you want to bring it in.

Been having issues with my phone microphone and speaker. Took it in for repairs and they were able to look at my phone immediately. Unfortunately it could not be fixed (due to water damage affecting a large portion of my phone) but the man was very helpful in considering my options, and did not charge me as the phone could not be repaired. I would definitely recommend, and will be visiting again in the future for any phone related issues!

Got ripped off in this shop- don't use them! They lied and quoted £20-£30 for changing the USB port in my phone. All they did was clean it. The card machine conveniently broke so paid cash and no receipt given. True con men. They should learn that if you rip your customers off they will put the word out and your business will fail. I will also be reporting them to trading standards.
