This charming little bookstore is a bookworm's paradise. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to offer excellent recommendations.

Today I went to the booknook independent bookstore and it was my first time going in, I went with my dad his first time going in there and he lives in ware!!😂 and we had a fantastic time there are lots of nostalgic books from childhood and new books too!! Signed also!! we ended up buying 5 books in total, will definitely be back again with our loyalty cards it’s such a hidden gem! With amazing staff members they are so welcoming! Will be back to support this wonderful shop on my trips from London to ware again!!! Tysm :) very happy customers!!

I ordered some books from Julia and they came the next day so I ordered another book and some nice bookends , I didnt realise that it is quite large inside and they sold other things rather than books , a very professional and knowledgable service .

The Book Nook is a wonderfully cosy Aladdin's Cave packed with treasures and the chance of a warm beverage with a slice of cake. The staff are really knowledgable and passionate about books and there's always a special offer or two to be had. They're also slap-bang in the middle of Ware High Street, so are perfectly placed for a browse. Highly recommended.

Lovely owner, plenty of novels, nice and small and local. The tea room is the perfect place for a coffee and a cake. I recommend this place for anyone in need of someplace calm and warm to visit regularly.

We visited earlier and were pleasantly surprised by this new independent bookshop. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. A good selection of cakes and hot drinks too with a little seating in the back. A good selection of books for all ages and interests. Ware has been crying out for a little shop like this.
