Fantastic British company producing high quality products, we have use them for 30 years

Very poor experience of this company when a problem occurred 3 months after purchasing a £500 dimmer. Using their pre-paid replacement service, eventually their techs concluded that the problem was caused by me breaking three buttons and spraying oil into the fitting… Completely untrue and a strange conclusion to have reached. The problem it was returned for had nothing to do with broken buttons btw… It’s a decent product but unfortunately the after sales technical support has left me significantly out of pocket… Won’t buy again and wouldn’t recommend. Lots of good competitive products out there. Shame, as they’re a UK company…

Excellent hardware & software. The technical support is second to none, incredibly helpful and had a good laugh whilst working through. Highly recommended.
