My Nokia phone stopped charging on Christmas eve, Digitech in Ware managed to fix the problem within a hour and the repair has a six month warranty. Great price and fantastic service. Thanks

An absolutely brilliant service from Digitech. My ipad had completely died and I took it into Digitech hoping there was an outside chance that they could resurrect it. And they did!! It turned out to be a problem with the circuit board but they fixed it and I got my ipad back with all the saved info intact. I'm very grateful to them for the time they spent fixing the problem and they charged such a reasonable price. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who is having problems with their devices. Thanks so much Digitech.

Efficient, Friendly, Fast service. MacBook Air rescued from black screen for very fair price. Explanation - "it didn't take hours". Highly recommended.

Excellent service from the guys at Digitech . Repaired my phone for me which had completely died . Clear honest upfront information given during the repair . Used them many times for all phone repairs in my family and will continue to. I'm one very happy lady .🙂👍

My IPhone was being very temperamental about recharging. I was contemplating buying a new phone, but on the off chance rang Digitech. I described the problem, was told they could probably fix it, so dropped it off. They had a fair idea of what the problem was (it needed a new charging port) and gave me a price there and then. I had barely got home again when I got the call to say that the phone was fixed and ready for collection - and for a fraction of the cost of a new phone! Very happy.

Had my daughters iPhone 11 screen replaced here, what can I say great very transparent with their costs and upfront with no waffle. Great service quality workmanship and great price. Will definitely go straight to DigiTech if we have another broken screen recommend them.

I recently used this company to repair an old laptop and iPhone. I was worried about losing the data on my laptop as it held 5 years of my very important business documents along with hundreds of photos where this was the only copy, but everything was in safe hands and they were confident they could look after the files even if my repair couldn't be done. My iPhone had a complex issue but was communicated very well in my opinion, and I was kept completely up to date throughout the repair process. They are very open and upfront about prices, which are very reasonable and competitive as I had searched around before choosing them. Outstanding quality of work and a great company which I will certainly use again and would highly recommend.

Tonik UK were excellent! I took my daughters ipod touch as i was sure the battery was not working properly, and told them i would happily pay for them to replace it. After a number of tests they concluded that the battery was fine and did not need replacing. They did not charge me for this service and kept me informed of what they were doing all the way along. Very impressed, they could definitely have said that the battery needed changing and charged me!

The service was quick and at a reasonable price – new screen done and back with me in a week. Unfortunately, there were issues with some of the functions not working when the phone was returned to me. However, a very quick response from Tonik and the phone was sent back for repair and returned to me in a couple of days, fully working again. I have to say that despite there being problems with the first repair, I cant fault the response and speed in which things were resolved. I initially gave them a 1 star review, but I am now pleased to be able to change this to 5 star because of the way in which my compliant was dealt with - no fuss, no ifs or buts, just dam good very quick service, thanks to Mr Montgomery I would recommend Tonik UK.

I recently sent in my Tom Tom Go 5000 for repair after the battery failed to charge and all maps were deleted whilst being updated. The staff at SatNav Doctor were excellent in tracing the fault and repairing the device. The staff were always most courteous and very helpful. They kept me in touch with every stage of the repairs and let me know when it was finally finished. I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone. Thank you for a really good service.
