Went there to get some antique jewellery repaired. They offer an excellent service at a very reasonable price. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Asked the guy to measure my finger as i was going to purchase the gold ring (£450) on display then he asked for me to pay he asked for change to do so and i told you i only had card but you said you cant unless your given change??Because your a typical tight a** independent jewellers you lost out on a sale. Used to use this shop 50 years ago but, not been living in Ware since then, have only recently gone back. Great shop. Lovely, helpful, friendly, genuine and honest owner. I'll never go anywhere else now.

The back plate of my watch has been deeply scratched during the battery replacement. The Complaint was not accepted with an explanation that it is standard during repair. Not recommended at all.
